She completed her medical degree at Saint George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada and her obstetrics and gynecol- ogy residency at the Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia. Dr. Mejia is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has practiced in her hometown of San Angelo since 2012. James Mull, MD Orthopedic Surgery Dr. Mull has practiced in San Angelo since 1994. After serving in the U.S. Air Force as an airborne Chinese linguist for eight years, Dr. Mull earned his bachelor’s and medical degrees from the University of Arizona. He completed an internship in general surgery and a residency in orthopedic surgery from the University of Texas at Houston. Dr. Mull practiced at Shannon Clinic from 1994 until 2005, when he left to establish San Angelo Summit Orthopedics, an independent practice.
